What we cannot help with

Anything to do with an order — the payment, the parcel, a return, a refund — sits with the checkout that took the money rather than with us. BuyGoods runs that side, and the reference they will ask for is the order number on your confirmation. Each step is laid out on the official information page.

We also cannot give medical advice of any kind, including whether this or any supplement suits you. That belongs with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history.

Response times

One person reads this inbox, so replies usually take one to two business days and sometimes longer over a weekend. If your message is about an order already placed, writing here first only adds delay — go straight to the checkout support address on your confirmation, because they hold the order record and we do not.

Reporting a reaction

If you have had a reaction to the product, tell the merchant and, more importantly, tell a clinician. We are an information site with no route to record or escalate an adverse event, so sending it here instead of to someone who can act on it helps nobody.
